Aja is a Family Nurse Practitioner with a background in emergency medicine who has worked as an NP in the emergency department of hospitals in and around Long Beach California for 6 years. She loved the experience and challenges the ER brought her; however, she always had a yearning to practice in naturopathic medicine. Her dreams were manifested when she was welcomed into SOHMA Integrative Medicine where she has been able to align her passion and clinical skills in the field of Regenerative Medicine and Orthobiologics. Here, she can help people gain their power back, eliminate dependence on medications and avoid surgery with therapies that stimulate the body’s innate ability to heal, rejuvenate, regain strength, and get back to balance.
